Baskin Building - Artesia, NM - U.S. National Register of Historic Places on Waymarking.com

Completed in 1905, the Baskin building has truly been a multi-use structure. As suggested by the second story windows and balcony, it has been a hotel. And as now, it has also housed a restaurant. Between then and now, it has been a Post Office, bank, mini-mall, furniture store, grocery store and auto parts store. Not bad for a 116 year old building.
Now the home of the Wellhead Brewpub, any ghost probably feel right at home.
