"Provisional description/description provisionnel fort vermilion: st. Henry's roman catholic church, along main street in town - continuation of hwy no 67 (along old hwy no 67), 2.3 km east of junc with hwy no 67 south along the east bdy of sec 16-108-13-w5m, 1.3 km east of r.c.m.p. Station, tablet in the west face of concrete foundation, 21.4 m north of the sw corner, 2.9 m south of the nw corner of building, 2.1 m south of centre of side door, 1.4 m below stucco siding, 15 cm above ground level."
