Church clock on the east face of St Nicholas' church tower, Combe Raleigh.
The west face of the church tower has a moulded west doorway with a hoodmould, plank door. The east and south faces have belfry openings, the east face has a mid 19th century clock face to a flat bed clock with gilded roman numerals and hands, the frame is signed G. Wadham of Bath (watch & clockmaker of 4 Orange Grove, Bath)
The clock appears to date from around 1870, although church records show it has been wound since at least 1837, so it could be earlier in origin.
