According to the accompanying text with the photos on the Little Free Library site, this was an Eagle Scout project carried out in 2016 by the son of author, Ilima Todd. Unfortunately, it looks like it's time for some TLC from the next wave of Scouts, as the paint on the library and the bench is peeling, and the plaque on the front of the bench has disappeared. While weathered, the library is primarily light blue with some wood trim on the sides, and wooden shingles on the gabled roof. The wooden door and latches are still in working condition, while the charter plaque is well faded but still legible. As noted by the medallion on the side, this is a Little Free Library kit.
Turn around and look to the northwest -- you can't miss it -- and you're looking at the Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
