A simple granite bench dedicated to Steve Stoerh for his 30 years of coaching the Cranston West High School football team is installed on a brick paved terrace at the top of the stadium seating area. Seated facing east, you get a wide view of the entire playing field from high above. The seat is north of the concession stand on the west side of the field, close to Phenix Avenue in Cranston, Rhode Island. Its top face is engraved:
