At one time this Monument was dedicated to those soldiers of the two world wars. The bronze plaque disappeared so new granite inserts were made and installed. There are three stone plaques, one on a different face of the pyramid. The plaque on the south face Honors those that fought in World War I and World War II.The west face stone Honors those that fought in the Korean Conflict and The Vietnam War. The third stone honors those that fought in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria.
