This village was one of nine totally destroyed in the Battle of Verdun during World War I. Among the ruins stand stones with plaques indicating the building that once stood there. This is the site of the lavoir. It certainly is in the greenest part of the land.
Ce village a été l’un des neuf totalement détruits lors de la bataille de Verdun pendant la Première Guerre mondiale. Parmi les ruines se dressent des pierres avec des plaques indiquant le bâtiment qui s’y trouvait autrefois. C’est le site du lavoir. C’est certainement dans la partie la plus verte du pays.
