[FR] A l'intersection de la Rue Jules Favre et de la Rue Berthelot, l'angle du bâtiment de la Chambre de Commerce comprend une impressionnante sculpture en bas-relief. Le bâtiment est réalisé en pierres de tuffeau blanc de Touraine.
Le nom CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE et la date MCMXXIV (1924) sont gravés. Ces inscriptions sont surmontées d'une figure féminine et de multiples ornementations et colonnades, ainsi que du blason de la ville de Tours.
[EN] At the intersection of Rue Jules Favre and Rue Berthelot, the corner of the Chamber of Commerce building includes an impressive bas-relief sculpture. The building is made of white tufa stone from Touraine.
The name CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE and the date MCMXXIV (1924) are engraved. These inscriptions are surmounted by a female figure and multiple ornamentations and colonnades, as well as the coat of arms of the city of Tours.
