From the National Register of Historic Places Inventory--Nomination Form Page 3:

Levine Hall, built in 1891, is a Colonial Revival style brick building, rectangular in shape and with classical motifs decorating the windows, door and pedimented gables. Initially built as two stores it was raided to three full floors in 1901.
