The Nindigully Pub ‘The Gully’ is Queensland’s oldest hotel located in its original condition and position on the banks of the Moonie River. The Nindigully Pub license was issued in 1864 after operating as shearer’s accommodation for the Nindigully Station. From the late 1800s the Nindigilly Pub was a Cobb and Co coach change over station.
The pub has become famous for its truckie’s feed of the Nindigully Road Train Burger this giant hamburger is served with French fries, onion rings and a selection of sauces, says it will feed 1- 4 people, and costs $80, the meat patty alone is 1.2kg! and if you can finish the whole lot by yourself you will get a keg of beer No one has yet accomplished the feat!
