The Lake Frank trailhead has ample parking for most of the year. The trail leads to multiple trails that are dirt, gravel or paved. If one plans to walk around the lake, they will experience all of them. The trails also interconnect with the Rock Creek Trail and the North Branch Trails making a 22 mile loop.
