Just in front of the viewpoint we find a large modern sundial. It is horizontal, circular in shape and has a diameter of approximately 20 m. The face is tiled as a mosaic. Slate slabs have been chosen for the timelines. The numbering is done in Roman numerals from 5 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon.
The gnomon is a metal structure of triangular section that ends in a thinner rod. Inside it has lighting for the nights. Naturally, this is an ornamental light.
