It was built in the early twentieth century. It is currently the headquarters of the EOI of Ribadeo , after housing between 1955 and 1958 the Instituto Laboral Ribadense and later the Vocational Training Center of Ribadeo (1970s) and then the Adult Center Dámaso Alonso, which became dependent of the Carlos M. Rodríguez Institute of Valcárce .
It preserves the acacia and palm planted at the beginning of the twentieth century
