This old millstone is part of the "Welcome" sign at the Shiloh Vineyard and Winery, southwest of WaKeeney, Kansas.

The Shiloh Vineyard and Winery is about five miles south of I-70, southwest of WaKeeney. The facility is open to visitors daily and includes a tour and (for a fee) wine tasting and cheese. This millstone, between two wagon wheels, is incorporated into a "Welcome" sign near the entrance.
[added later] On further reflection this *might* be a big whetstone, not an actual mill stone. But the waymark is still here...
