Built in 1882 with brick and mortar the church is now a warehouse. Located at the corner of 30th Street and W. Chestnut Avenue.

The stone is set in the lower courses of the block foundation of the bell tower, on the south wall near the southwest corner. The date itself is fading from the weather and chemical erosion.
