Nolan Watson Memorial Park is located between S. Main and Frey Streets. This is a small sitting area with beautiful foliage and this large gazebo. This gazebo was given in memory of Nolan Watson by his wife Carolyn Watson, and the Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation, which she founded. It was built and dedicated on October 14, 2005.
The gazebo is surrounded by low brick walls and pillars, and stands on a concrete pad. There are two tiers to the metal roof, with a screened area between to give light inside the gazebo. A cupola and weathervane top the roof. A free standing picnic table sits in the gazebo for visitors to enjoy the scenery.
