Known locally as the "Three Culverts" the bridge spans approximately 90' with three arches. The three arch bridge span provides a grade separation for the railroad line and Mill Run below.

The motor vehicle traffic of Mill Run Road utilizes one of the arches. Wide enough for two average passenger cars to pass each other but trucks have to center themselves so not to roof the boxes. Center height is measured at 13'2". The center arch allows the water of Mill Run Creek to flow through. The third arch is dry with a natural floor.
