"Detached villa built in 1899 in a rich eclectic style to the design of H. Witzand and commissioned by Eilerts de Haan. The protection includes the villa with the attached coach house and the heavy wrought and cast iron fencing at the front. In addition, the lime trees at the front are of importance. In 1955, a porch was demolished by order of notary L. Westra."
