A memorial plaque of cast bronze mounted to a low plinth honors Franklin S. Pond, PE for his work as the designer of the improvements to the MBTA train station in Attleboro, Massachusetts. It occupies the center of a semi-circular niche along the platform on the southbound side of the tracks. The plaque reads:
