Hønekilden - Sønderborg, Danmark - Fountains on Waymarking.com

Fontainen Hønekilden, en hane og tre høns, er placeret på et lille torv tæt ved en naturlig kilde af samme navn.
Den er udført i i bronze af Vibeke Fonnesberg. Hanen står i midten omgivet af de tre forskellige høns. Både hanen og hønsene er meget livagtige og er nærmest et billede af en hønsegård. Hanen står i toppen af en søjle, hvorfra der springer vand.
Vandet danner en lille sø rundt om fontainen.


The fountain Hønekilden ( The Hen Spring) , a rooster and three hens, is located on a small square close to a natural spring of the same name.
It is made in in bronze by Vibeke Fonnesberg. The rooster stands in the middle surrounded by the three different hens. Both the rooster and the hens are very lively and are almost a picture of a chicken farm. The rooster stands at the top of a pillar from which water springs.
The water forms a small lake around the fountain.
