The National Register's Registration Form (see optional link, below) refers to this property as "205a" in the narrative on page 17, but on the map on page 38, it is labeled "205" along with the actual 205 that is currently City Hall. The only number on the building is above the door, "106." The Registration Form notes that this "No Style" building was constructed around 1930, and provides a sound byte for a description:

This rectangular planned wood frame industrial building is located behind the Visitors Center and City Hall. The building is currently used as office and storage space for the city.

Note the "Public Works Annex" sign on the front of the building.
