Le séminaire Saint-Alphonse, cité monument historique, est un établissement d'enseignement érigé en 1922. L'édifice en brique présente un plan en « T » et compte trois étages et demi ainsi qu'un soubassement surhaussé. La façade est divisée en trois parties séparées par des murs coupe-feu. Chaque partie est surmontée d'un lanternon et comporte un avant-corps à pignon. Le bâtiment est coiffé d'un toit à croupes. Il est implanté en bordure de la voie publique. Le séminaire est relié à un monastère, derrière la basilique, dans le noyau religieux de la ville de Saint-Anne-de-Beaupré.
