One of three prominent zinc markers in the Warkworth Cemetery, this one dedicated to the Thompson family.

8 foot tall zinc obelisk located near the centre of the Warkworh Cemetery.

The marker memorializes three children of John EF and EA Thompson, the brother of John.

Plate reads:

JOHN E.F.

son of

John and E.A.
Thompson

Died
December 6, 1884
aged 9 months

Also two infant sons

The epitaph "Suffer the little children to come unto Me, and forbid them not" is posted at the marker's base, under the family name.

On the back side of the marker is another plate. This one is dedicated to

Above this is the epitaph "Simply to Thy cross I cling".
