Przy pl. Unii Lubelskiej znajduje sie zabytkowy slup ogloszeniowy z 1894 roku. Slup wazy ponad 1000kg i ma ponad 5,5 metra wysokosci. Jest najstarszym takim obiektem w Warszawie.

W 2002 roku zostal gruntownie wyremontowany, a w 2008 roku pojawil sie pomysl by slup ozdobil Krakowskie Przedmiescie. Dzieki mieszkancom, którzy sie sprzeciwili, pomysl porzucono.

By the Unii Lubelskiej Square there is a historic advertising post from 1894. The post weighs over 1000kg and is over 5.5 meters high. It is the oldest such object in Warsaw.

In 2002 it was thoroughly renovated, and in 2008 the idea to decorate Krakowskie Przedmiescie appeared. Thanks to the residents who opposed it, the idea was abandoned.
