There are a set of stairs with a handrail that go up to the outhouse. The outhouse has a shake shingle roof. Not sure what the red dot is on the door.

There are signs that tell you not to cross the fence as it is private property.
Location:
The outhouse is right in the town of St. Elmo. There is no quarter moon on the door of this outhouse. Nearest campground is the Iron City Campground.
