It is built on the remains of the old Town Hall Houses (15th-16th centuries). Work of the architect Alejandro Rodríguez Sesmero responding to the eclectic nineteenth-century style (1877-1890). It is developed from two stories high with a rectangular plan. Its most notable features are the lintels of the windows and the main façade. It is worth highlighting its four pairs of columns, the balcony and the clock; as well as the pediments of the doors.
