The Warner Library is part of the Eastern Oklahoma Library System and, as such, has access to a large reservoir of books and electronic resources. eBooks are available, as well as WiFi and computer usage. The library has several children's programs, however, they are somewhat limited at the time of this writing.
The library is a one-story tan brick building with a metal gable roof. It is located at 207 8th Street at the intersection with 2nd Avenue. There is a large vestibule on the south side, as well as an entrance on the west. The library is open varying hours throughout the week, as shown below.
