Dolmen of Queguas - A Casa da Moura
This megalithic monument is made up of a hexagonal chamber built with large embedded slabs covered by an even larger slab that acts as a roof. This dolmen also has a small access corridor. The function of these dolmens is not exactly known, although it is believed that they could have been funerary monuments or elements of signaling the territory of a certain clan or tribe. In any case, in more recent times they were used as a refuge for the shepherds.
