Upon arriving at Kingston Cemetery in July 2020, we found Mr. Thomas' headstone fallen.

Kingston Cemetery is just east of the intersection of N. Main Street and N.E. 4th. The entrance is at the northwest corner at N34 00.134 W96 43.055.
This is a traditional tree stump Woodmen of the World headstone. It stood on four horizontal logs with engraving of calla lilies at the base. The fallen headstone has been reported to Find a Grave and hopefully will be re-set by family or the cemetery personnel.
