This gazebo stands off the southwest corner of the Marshall County Courthouse.

The courthouse is located at 100 E. Main Street. There are several monuments and items of interest on the courthouse grounds. This gazebo is constructed of wood and has a composition shingled roof.

There are three steps leading up to the wood floor. There are three openings into the gazebo. Seating is supplied with wood benches on five sides. The railings are wood, and there is both lighting and a fan on the ceiling.
