På industrihavnen i Næstved står denne gamle kornsilo som tilhører firmaet DLG. Siloen har ikke været i brug et par år, og derfor opstod der en debat om hvad de skulle bruges til.
Nogen ville have dem revet ned, da de syntes, de var grimme. Kornelevatoren står der dog endnu. Og nu flottere end tidligere. Den gamle kornsilo har nu fået et flot maleri, udført af den anerkendte tyske street-art kunstner Heinrich Beikirch.
At industrial port in Næstved stands this old grain silo which belongs to the company DLG. DLG is a Danish grain company. The silo has not been in use for a few years, and therefore a debate arose about what they should be used for.
Someone wanted them torn down when they thought they were ugly. The grain elevator is still there, however. And now nicer than before. The old grain silo has now been given a beautiful painting, made by the renowned German street-art artist Heinrich Beikirch.
