The Indian Mortar Farm (Ebenezer Hammond House) (#9), c. 1800, is a two and one-half story house which faces east with it's gable end to the street . A kitchen ell extends t o the west. The walls are covered with white clapboard and windows have twelve-over twelve sash. The center entrance is framed with heavy quoins and topped with a key stoned lintel and simple cornice . To the west of this farmhouse are various farm buildings such as wagon sheds, barns, swine house, and other appurtenances, all painted red .
