J. C. Dudley is interred in Westville Cemetery in Westville, Oklahoma. His Woodmen of the World grave marker is unusual in that the Woodmen "crest" is bronze and attached to the headstone, rather than engraved as is often seen. The marker is near the center of the cemetery and reads
