This Citizens Memorial is located in Sand Lake, Michigan on the property of Salisbury Park. The Park is on West Lake Street between South 6th Street and South 5th Street. The Memorial consists of a large boulder with a plaque attached. The plaque reads:"In memory of our old settlers"
