The cliff dwellings are hard to get to. I would estimate it a geocaching difficulty 3 to 3.5. While the trail has been carved into the rock to make it easier, it is not for the faint of heart with drop off. The cliff dwellings are within the Kaibab limestone which stretches past the Grand Canyon to the north.
