A 1-1/2-story, flank-gable roof dwelling with a symmetrical facade containing a central sidelighted entrance, a gabled Tuscan-column portico, deep eaves with gable-end returns, and pairedgable-roof front dormers breaking up through the eaves.

Oakland Mill House: A 1-1/2-story, flank-gable roof dwelling with a symmetrical facade containing a central sidelighted entrance, a gabled Tuscan-column portico, deep eaves with gable-end returns, and pairedgable-roof front dormers breaking up through the eaves. It is now covered with aluminum siding. It resembles some of the houses on Mill Street.
