This Roman style mausoleum is the final resting place of several members of the Ligotino Family.

This large mausoleum has a sidewalk leading from the roadway. Three steps lead up to the entrance, on both corners of the building there are statues of angels and four large columns support the portico. The names Frank and L.P. Ligotino are found below a relief circular sculpture of the Holy Family. There is a Celtic Cross on the apex of the roof. The year 1930 is found above the metal and glass double door entry.

There is a mystery here. Annette Teresa Ligotino. According to Find A Grave, was the daughter of Frank Paul Ligotino, Jr. and Dorothy Jeanette Kirtley. There is no information about these two people. There is a listing for another Frank Paul Ligotino buried here at Holy Cross Cemetery, but it lacks family information.

His obituary, from Legacy reads:

FRANK P. LIGOTINO, 85, passed away Thursday at 11:00 p.m. February 7, 2002.

He was a native of Houston, a member of the Sacred Heart Society and a Veteran of World War II in the European Theater, "The Battle of the Bulge" and several major battles.

He is survived by three sons, Frank Luke, Luke Paul and Jan Mark. He has 3 grandchildren, Lori Hanson, John Michael and Jason Paul Ligotino; 2 great grandchildren Daylen and Madelyn Hanson.

Visitation Sunday, February 10, 2002 from 2-8 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by members of the Sacred Heart Society at Earthman's Downtown Chapel, 2420 Fannin, Houston, TX. Funeral Mass: 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 11, 2002 at Annunciation Catholic Church, 1618 Texas Avenue, Houston, TX. Rite of Committal: Holy Cross Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jimmy and Joe Butera, Frankie B. and Lukie B. Mandola, John B. Mandola and Joe Catrone.
