Garden of the Field of Honor
The Garden of the Field of Honor was dedicated and established on the 6th of October, 1992. This is our Veterans memorial, and it is a tribute to the men and women who have honorably served our country and in some instances made the supreme sacrifice of laying down their lives for the cause of freedom. This garden features a large granite monument, and is located on the Northeast side of the cemetery near Avenue A. Remembrance Plaques for veterans are installed at the base of the monument. These plaques were placed to recognize individual veterans and their efforts.

A large granite structure. A beam rests across the five columns, each column has an emblem of the five branches of the Armed Forces. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, AND Coast Guard. The base is inscribed: LEST WE FORGET.
