Location of stone: Railroad Ave., across from City Hall, Rissellville
Date wall of stones created: 2015

In a clean up project for the City of Russellville, they torn down a lot of old building. Ones that were beyond recover, and placed the corner stones in a cairn used to decorate the new park. Railroad Park where the contamination site used to be and needed to be clean up also.
