"With the passing years Moorhead developed into one of Minnesota's leading educational centers. CONCORDIA, a college at 809 7th S., was established in 1891 and has an average enrollment of 420 students from nine states. It has an excellent conservatory of music, which sponsors its fine mixed choirs, bands, and orchestra. The property of Concordia valued at $385,000; its endowment fund totals $600,000. The college offers its graduates the bachelor of arts degree.
