FR La préfecture de l'Hérault, à Montpellier est un grand bâtiment où exerça Jean Moulin, et au balcon de laquelle Philippe Pétain et Francisco Franco se sont serré la main.

L'horloge est ronde, blanche avec des chiffres et des aiguilles noires. Des séparations, en relief, encadrent les chiffres. De chaque côté un personnage, une femme à gauche et un homme à droite, de type romain, encadrent l'horloge.
EN The prefecture of Hérault, in Montpellier is a large building where Jean Moulin worked, and on the balcony of which Philippe Pétain and Francisco Franco shook hands.

The clock is round, white with black numbers and hands. Separations, in relief, frame the figures. On each side a character, a woman on the left and a man on the right, of Roman type, frame the clock.
