Lagar de Varas it's a wonderful place, a former olive oil processing factory which became a ruin and was recently renovated by the municipality and turned into a great museum.
Obviously there are plenty of millstones, used in the past for the process of obtaining oil from the olives.
Both, bull and water power were used.
