The black marble slab (with obtusely pointed top) stands vertical on a grey granite slab, at the head of the blue and yellow tiled grave. It is in the 'stand-alone' Church of England (Anglican) section of the Stroud General Cemetery. The polished slab has the following white-filled inscription:

In Loving Memory of
my dear Son & our Brother
ROSS EDWARD ANDREWS
accidentally killed Dec. 20. 1976
aged 22 years.
Forever in our hearts
