The brown brick Clock Tower is built to the side of what was probably a Council building - now a real estate agent. It is rectangular and stands about 6 metres high, above a Little Street Library box, on the northern side of the building. There are a couple of louvered vented sections on the tower.
The clock faces are exposed to the weather below a peaked tiled roof, that has a minor concrete overhang. The white faces are grey with exposure, with dark five-minute tapered 'ticks', with the main four being slightly broader. Typical long and short dark metal hands to indicate the time.
