Lone Star Cemetery is located off Highway 183 about two miles north of the town of Rocky. This Woodmen of the World headstone is not the traditional tree stump. It is a red granite slab with the surname "MANN" engraved in large letters.

The upper corners are rounded with engraved "fan" designs. The seal is the seal of the Woodmen Circle. The inscription is engraved on the face of the slab and reads:
