[DE] Vor dem Stadttor von Weilburg steht auf einer kleinen Grünfläche südlich der Straße eine Sommerlinde. Diese wurde ausweislich der davor angebrachten Plakette durch Großherzog Henri von Luxemburg am 18. November 2005 gepflanzt. Gewidmet ist die Sommerlinde Großherzog Adolph von Luxemburg und Herzog zu Nassau (24.7.1817 bis 17.11.1905) anläßlich seines 100. Todestags. Er ist in der Fürstengruft der Weilburger Schlosskirche beigesetzt.
[ENG] In front of the city gate of Weilburg stands on a small green area south of the road a large-leaved lime. It was planted on November 18th 2005 by Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, as evidenced by the plaque placed in front of it. The lime is dedicated to Grand Duke Adolph of Luxembourg and Duke of Nassau (24.7.1817 to 17.11.1905) on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his death. He is buried in the royal crypt of the Weilburg Castle Church.
