"Thomas was born in 1758 (his birth day if the 4th is confirmed by a phrase in his father's will regarding "my natural son Thomas Tryon … who attained the age of eight years on the fourth day of October one thousand seven hundred and sixty-six". He was baptized on the 6th of October in St. Andrew's parish, Holborn, London. "Christenings in 1758: Thomas son of Charles Tryon [and] Rebecca Walker [sic Rebecca Welman rather than Walker] Warwick Court 6", manuscript baptismal record

He married Harriet Brereton in Cottesmore, Rutland, England on 8 June 1801.

He died in 1825 and was buried on the 7th of July in Harrington."
