An dieser Stelle starb ein Soldat wenige Tage vor Ende des 2. Weltkriegs. Das geschnitzte Holzkreuz und die Gedenktafel erinnern an diesen gefallenen Soldaten sowie alle anderen unsinnigen Opfer dieses Krieges.

Auf dem Kreuz und der Tafel steht geschrieben:

in den letzten Tagen
des 2. Weltkriegs
wurde

ENGLISH:

At this place a soldier died, few days before the end of World War II. The carved wooden cross and the commemorative plaque are reminiscent of these fallen soldier as well as all other nonsensical victims of this war.

On the cross and the board is written:

1939 – Never again war – 1945
resting place
of an unknown soldier
the victim
in the last days
of the 2nd World War
