From the mosiac Webpage: "Magnolia Park is a mosaic foundation located in Magnolia Park. The mosaic paving was incorporated into the zero-depth water feature for the park. The artist and the landscape architect worked together to create a water play feature that was both artistic and functional." The fountain usually operates daily from 10AM to dusk through the summer and is user activated. This is a medium sized fountain usually filled with lots of kids when the weather is warm. The mosiac is easily visable even when the fountain is operating.
