An historic church dedicated to St Aelhaearn (Iron brow) in the small village of Llanaelhaearn with some structural elements believed to date back as far as the 12th Century. The last renovation of the church was in 1892 when chancel was extended.
There are a number of historic inscribed stones in the cemetery, one of which is believed to be a Roman gravestone.
The bell itself looks to be in good condition, there does appear to be an inscription on the bell but I was not able to get a clear view.
A really nice church to visit located in a beautiful part of Wales.
